X-TAPER HEADTUBE
Un tube de direction conificé externe avec un coussinet inférieur de 1,5 pouces extrêmement dimensioné de jeux de direction, ainsi qu’un coussinet supérieur de 1 1/8 baissant le poids; équipé d’une fourche appropriée avec tube de fourche se terminant conique. Résultat: rigidité maximale et pilotage raide.
DOWN TUBE EXIT
Due to a large cable exit in the down tube, “Down Tube Exit” additionally puts an end to awkward handling of internally routed cables.
DOUBLE STOP 
Rear suspension often causes problems with the rear shifting cable (e.g. formation of loops, abrasion/friction, undesired shifting) which are caused by movement during compression. Thanks to a double break via special sleeves (“Double Stop”), MERIDA keeps the defined cable length constant.
C-S POST MOUNT DISC
“Chain Stay Post Mount Disc” – this technology is the result of three findings. First, a brake mount positioned within the frame triangle optimally protects the brake from external influences. Second, the caliper is supported by the chain stay and is therefore able to distribute the occurring physical forces in an ideal way. Third, internally routed cables can reach the brake neatly from the chain stay.

La surface d’un cadre monocoque en carbone est lissée à l’intérieur du cadre par l’usage des formes spéciales internes et la formation des plis est réduite. Ça veut dire: plus de rigidité et durabilité chez un poids plus bas.
INTERNAL CABLE
Une construction compliquée avec des pièces spéciales pour entrée et sortie des câbles de freins et de passer les vitesses dans l’intérieur du cadre. ‘Beauté’ en deux aspects: la vue du vélo est plus sereine et les câbles sont protégés contre détritus et humidité.
REMOTE LOCK-OUT
La fourche et/ou l’amortiseur de votre vélo MERIDA peuvent être bloquées simplement avec une télécommande depuis leg uidon. Optimal pour des coureurs (de course) qui veulent changer très vite entre la mode ouverte et fermée.
NANO MATRIX CARBON
Carbone est une matière synthétique renforcée avec fibre de carbone. MERIDA ajoute des nanoparties spéciales à la matrice en résine-époxy pour renforcer les tapis en carbone. Par conséquent la résistance aux chocs est augmentée avec 40%. Car plus dur est plus sur.
RACE LINK
This is our rear suspension which we have optimized for Cross Country oriented riding and the modern world of 1x drivetrains. It is a single-pivot with linkage system, has a super light carbon rocker (only 80 grams) and allows for light, efficient rear ends whose kinematics totally eliminate pedal-bob when set up with 25% sag. Sensitive in the beginning, with a stable platform in the middle and progressive in the end – RACE LINK works masterfully in challenging uphills and downhills.
SMART ENTRY
Internal cable routing perfected: While conventional solutions often have the drawback that cables can move inside the frame, our SMART ENTRY system actually clamps them under tension. This also makes sure that you won’t be distracted by rattling noises when the trail gets rough. And because the cable inlets are completely changeable, all kinds of possible set ups are possible: Di2, hydraulic hoses, mechanical housings… First available in 2016 in the model lines ONE-TWENTY and NINETY-SIX.
THRU AXLE 12-142 STECKACHSE
This torsion-resistant thru axle with a diameter of 12 mm is used for broad 142 mm rear stays. It delights with perceptible increase of stiffness, tool-free wheel mounting and an always ideal brake rotor position.
