road.cc test the REACTO 9000, saying it "feels as urgent on the climbs as it does on the flats"

road.cc has reviewed the REACTO 9000 with an excellent four-star review, saying “One word: fast. That's the only way to describe the way the Reacto rides”.

Despite being our focussed aero road race bike, the REACTO impressed the tester with it’s all-around ability, stating that it “feels as urgent on the climbs as it does on the flats” and that it is “comfortable to ride and live with every day”.

Using our top-end CF5 frame, the REACTO 9000 is fitted with top-end components and uses our World Tour race proven geometry to great effect, as the tester noted: “It's fast in a straight line, changes direction with precision, and does a pretty damn good job of overcoming gravity. It's a superb all-rounder.”

Of course, comfort is still important for a race bike and the REACTO also scored highly here: “The dropped seatstays, along with the lay-up in the headtube and fork, all help to reduce road chatter and harsh vibrations.”

In summary, they said that the REACTO “makes a compelling case as a dedicated race bike when you look at its weight and the way it performs out on the road” and that it is “still a fast and planted aero road bike that is able to compete with the best in the category”.
