After four years as a co-title sponsor with Lampre-Merida, at the beginning of 2017, Merida Bikes joined the Bahrain McLaren Pro Cycling Team, both as the technical sponsor and main partner of this newly formed team. After three incredible years, Merida Bikes then joined forces with the Team Bahrain McLaren for the 2020 season. It’s safe to say 2020 was a challenging year for the pro peloton with its fair share of ups and downs, but for 2021 Merida is staying with the Bahrain Cycling Team and forming the new Team Bahrain Victorious as the official bicycle supplier and technical partner.
Team Bahrain Victorious will have access to three different bikes, allowing the riders to go for their preferred setup as well as tailor their machines for the various terrains, courses and conditions. The riders will use the Scultura and Reacto on stages and single-day events and the Time Warp dedicated TT bike for individual and team time trials.

REACTO TEAM
The REACTO is the leading bike in its class. Highly praised by the press for being one of the most comfortable, responsive and aerodynamically efficient bikes, but its versatility means it is one of the main bikes of Team BAHRAIN VICTORIOUS for a wide range of race profiles. Equipped with the latest in disc brake technology, the team will benefit from extra braking power and perfect modulation on today's demanding courses.

SCULTURA TEAM
The impressive improvements in comfort, aerodynamics and weight have already shown outstanding results in the World Tour underneath Team Bahrain-Victorious, winning an impressive four stages before the bike was even released; two stages at Critérium du Dauphiné (Mark Padun), one in the Tour de France (Dylan Teuns) and one in the Vuelta a España (Damiano Caruso). No better proof is needed that this bike has winning genes, right from the start.
Less drag, lightweight and more comfortable? If you thought this couldn’t be achieved, meet the bike that will prove you wrong; the new 2022 Scultura V Team. Building on the unquestioned heritage of our lightweight road bike range, we’ve drastically reduced drag, boosted the comfort to new levels and delivered a versatile, World Tour proven, race-winning weapon.

TIME WARP TT TEAM
Designed and launched in the second part of the 2018 season, the TIME WARP TT has seen dramatic improvements over its predecessor. Due to a new integrated carbon cockpit, full cable integration, aerodynamic brake housing and further frame design tweaks, the R&D team was able to reduce the aerodynamic drag by 9 Watts. Besides that, the overall weight was reduced by 400 g, which has a significant impact on demanding and undulating time trial courses. Totally focussed on aerodynamic performance, no other MERIDA road bike has spent more time in the wind tunnel. Developed with our professional riders to use in the time trial stages of the WorldTour, the frame is designed around 'NACA Fastback' tube profiles. Pro riders may be similar in terms of ability and fitness, but their shape and riding style varies dramatically. A key feature on the TIME WARP TT is a modular cockpit which gives the rider the ability to adjust the aero position depending on personal preferences and race conditions.
