Highlights

Selected bolts can be tightened via a TORX 30 key from just one side, without running the risk that the opposite side slips or turns, allowing faster and more straightforward tightening of important hardware components.

A trunnion mount shock gives our frame designers more flexibility by using a shorter shock with increased stroke. Combined with the ball bearing bushing of the upper mount, shock sensitivity is increased, and the suspension performance can be perfectly tuned.

A dropper post is allowing the rider to get the saddle out of the way when the gradient gets steeper, giving him/her more space to manoeuver and control over their bike. The fitted dropper posts featuring internal cable routing and remote levers, creating a cleaner look and allowing easier ‘on the go’ saddle height adjustment.

Based on the already hugely versatile geometry of the former ONE-TWENTY, we have further lowered the standover height to give the rider ample space to manoeuver. We also slackened the head angle and shortened the chainstays by 10 mm resulting in an even more playful bike while offering the perfect compromise between being a great climber and an agile trail bike.

The new ONE-TWENTY is now available in three frame variations: a super light full carbon version, a carbon front triangle paired with hydroformed 6066 triple butted aluminium rear end and a more budget friendly all aluminium version. All frames feature Boost technology.

PROLITE 66 TRIPLE BUTTED ALUMINUM

Our proven high-end aluminium (6066) is extremely light and durable. Using triple butted wall thicknesses and hydroforming technology, we can tune the aluminium tubes to give the best possible stiffness to weight ratio.

X-TAPER HEADTUBE

Using a tapered head tube with 1 1/8" bearings in the top and 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" in the bottom creates superb stiffness and precise, confidence inspiring steering.

SMOOTH WELDING

Sometimes called ‘double pass welding’, a second pass over the weld gives a clean organic look to the frame. At first glance, you will be convinced it is carbon.

INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING

Cables are routed through the frame, entering and exiting through smooth sockets. The bike looks neat, whilst the cables are protected from moisture and dirt.

SMART ENTRY

Cables, housings and brake hoses are clamped under tension to prevent rattling when the trails or roads get rough. All inlets are completely interchangeable to deal with Di2, hydraulic hoses, brake cable and gear cable housings etc.

DI2 READY

Bikes/frames with the symbol ‘Di2 Ready’ are prepared for the installation of Di2 technology with battery mounting in the seat post or within the fork steerer.

CHAINSTAY POST MOUNT DISC

In-board brake mounts are positioned within the rear triangle to protect them. The caliper supported by the stronger chainstay is able to distribute braking forces better. Internal cable routing is also easier and neater via the chainstay.

Boost standard – wider axle widths; the by 6 mm increased now 148 mm wide rear through axle (12mm axle diameter) allows a shallower spoke angle for stiffer wheels, especially beneficial in 29ers or for MTB wheels that are used in very demanding conditions. The Boost standard also offers greater tyre clearance in the frame.

FLOAT LINK REAR SUSPENSION

The lower shock mount moves with the system to deliver sensitive response characteristics. Our engineers can precisely influence the transmission ratio, and progression meaning a ‘Float Link’ rear suspension system appears to offer more travel than the model name suggests.
