S’presso Bicycle Voluntary Recall

This bicycle model have become part of a voluntary recall due to the failure of a small number of front forks in Europe.

Despite there being no incidents in the UK, this is a critical safety area so we have decided to recall all S’presso models from the 2008, 2009 and 2010 ranges and replace the front fork.

We would advise you to cease using the bicycle until the fork is replaced.

Please contact the bicycle dealer / store from where you purchased the bicycle to book the bicycle in for the fork to be replaced. Please ask the store to contact us with the model details and frame size so we can send the correct coloured fork.

If you have any problems, then please contact us on E-mail: merida@meridauk.com or Tel: 0115 981 7788.

We apologise for any inconvenience but please rest assured that your safety is our greatest concern.
