Your mountain bike journey starts here. The BIG.NINE 80 offers a lightweight but tough aluminium frame, smooth rolling 29" wheels and a bump-taming 100 mm RockShox fork. We've adjusted the geometry so it's even more capable off-road, without losing the versatility and fun handling our mountain bike hardtails are known for. Combine that with hydraulic disc brakes and a smooth 1x9-speed drivetrain from Shimano, and you've got a high-quality, long-lasting package for the trail ahead.

When it comes to the demanding world of cross-country mountain biking, the classic hardtail remains one of the purest tools for the job. Our 29er wheel equipped BIG.NINE range comes with the choice of carbon or two different aluminium frames to deliver a ride for all budgets. The latest CF carbon and LITE aluminium framed BIG.NINE offer truly modern geometry with increased standover clearance and handling stability to better deal with the tough race tracks of today. They also have downcountry ready TR options that boost fork travel and add in aggressive tyres and dropper posts. For riders starting out, the updated BIG.NINE TFS offers more relaxed geometry and builds that deliver great value and versatility on or off the trail, with BIG.SEVEN TFS models using 27.5" wheels to deliver a fit for for shorter riders. Our classic XC hardtails are the backbone of our range and showcase the enormous wealth of experience and knowledge we have gained in over half a century of bike production and manufacturing.
