Pinkbike says bike-park ready ONE-SIXTY FR 600 is "versatile" and "impressively supple"

International mountain bike website Pinkbike took a first ride on the new, bike-park ready ONE-SIXTY FR 600 and have come away impressed, saying that it is: "a solid-feeling package for the money that seems relatively versatile given the park bike designation".

The ONE-SIXTY FR range builds on our award-winning ONE-SIXTY platform, but boosts the capability even further by pairing the tough aluminium frame with longer travel forks and coil-sprung rear shocks. With a focus on providing an affordable option for riders who want a hard-hitting ride, we've fitted high-performance suspension and braking components to deliver the best bang for your buck.

While riding tough descents and sending jumps is the primary focus of the FR models, the DNA of the ONE-SIXTY remains, with Pinkbike pointing out that: "it's still a comfortable climber - especially compared to other affordable park bikes", helping boost versatility.

The FR 600 model tested uses suspension equipment from DVO along with our FAST kinematic platform, and this was also singled out for praise, with the reviewer saying: "the suspension was impressively supple when riding rougher sections of trail."
