Named after the Ancient Greek for rock, the new Lithos is designed for serious enduro riders and racers. The focus is on speed, no matter what turn the trail takes.
DESIGNED FOR SPEED ON ANY TERRAIN
THE LITHOS
With a full carbon frame and 170 mm of travel at either end, it’s made for taking on the toughest tracks, whether pushing hard with friends or racing against the clock. The geometry and kinematics have been engineered with a focus on carrying speed, no matter what the gradient or ground.
We’ve added Bosch‘s latest CX and CX Race drive units plus 800 Wh battery, for reliability.
AGILE. CONFIDENT. VERSATILE.
GEOMETRY
The stack height has increased significantly for all sizes, giving it icy composure when hitting steep tracks blind, with head tube lengths growing by between 10 mm (M) and 25 mm (XL) compared to the eOne-Sixty SL. We’ve balanced this with a longer 447 mm chainstay (27.5”/29” setup) giving excellent climbing performance as well as traction on flat turns. This creates a bike that’s stable on the downs, easy to pop in the air yet absolutely planted in the turns - perfect for when speed is the focus but you don’t know where the trail will turn.
MAXIMUM TRAVEL
TRAVEL ADJUSTABLE DROPPER POST
Our Agilometer geometry pairs a short, straight seat tube for maximum post insertion, along with our own travel-adjustable 30-230 mm travel dropper post, so riders can size up or down to get the fit and handling they prefer.

DESIGN PRINCIPLES
DURABILITY
Built to withstand the toughest terrain and riding conditions.
+ Bosch drive system with superb worldwide support and backup
+ Internal or semi-external cable routing
+ Larger bearings for longer life
+ Integrated fender mini fender, option of the Long Fender
+ Kinematics without a shock yoke to reduce side loading forces and shock, increasing durability
+ Huge chainstay protector and heel protector on the left chainstay and stand-alone heel protector on the right chainstay. Transparent protection foil on the rear triangle.
RELIABILITY
Engineered for performance you can trust, ride after ride.
+ Flexpivot reduces the number of bearings
+ Lifetime Frame warranty for Category 4 use
+ All bolts can be tightened with a 4 and 6 mm Hex tool stored in the axle or using the multitool below the saddle.
+ Removable battery enables quick access to all internal cables.
+ Cables are routed in moulded carbon liners
VERSATILITY
Designed to adapt to any setup, terrain and riding style.
+ Internal or semi-external routing - carbon cable channels to guide cables
+ 600 Wh PowerTube battery with slim cover or 800 Wh with ‘Beluga’ cover
+ Flipchip to run 29" or mixed wheel setup without geometry changes
+ 230 mm dropper post on all sizes, but with complete adjustability of travel to enable the longest possible seat post travel for each rider.
CLEAN AND FLEXIBLE
DUAL ROUTING
Option to route all cables through our neat Wireport headset or through the frame’s Thermo Gate vents for semi-internal routing. Internal moulded guides make cable routing easy.
TWO SETUPS, ONE GEOMETRY
FLIP CHIP WHEEL SYSTEM
The versatility continues with our rear wheel flip chip, allowing a full 29" setup for pure speed or the standard mixed 29/27.5" setup for a balance of stability and agility, without changing the geometry. In the full 29" setup, there is 160 mm of rear wheel travel and a chainstay length of 449 mm, versus 174 mm and a 447 mm stay with the mixed setup.
BOSCH TECHNOLOGY FOR A PROVEN PACKAGE
THE DRIVE SYSTEM
We have chosen to partner with Bosch for the drive system on the Lithos range, giving us the benefits of their well-developed, highly-tuneable and proven systems that cater for the needs of many different kinds of riders. With huge brand recognition plus international backup and support that’s second to none, they’re the perfect partner for this bike.
LITHOS 10K + 8000
The Performance Line CX-R delivers up to 120Nm of torque and a peak of 750W, with faster response and more immediate acceleration than the CX. A titanium crank spindle and ceramic ball bearings save around 100 grams over the standard unit. It's a lightweight, aggressive and highly capable motor, built for maximum performance on the trail.
LITHOS 6000
With up to 120 Nm of torque and a peak of 750W, the Performance Line CX drive unit gives ultimate power balanced with sensitive control. it's a strong, easily controllable, reliable and robust unit.
BOSCH BATTERY TECHNOLOGY
The UK Lithos range all use an 800Wh Bosch InTube battery, which is easily removable via a keyed lock for safety. It's possible to swap out the 800Wh battery for a lighter 600Wh alternative to reduce weight.
The Bosch PowerMore 250Wh range extender is available separately.
RELIABILITY
Bosch products have a reputation for durability and reliability. The latest Generation CX and CX-R drive units have proven themselves to be tough with best-in-class reliability.
PERFORMANCE
With the torque output now raised to 120 Nm and a maximum 750 W of power, there’s plenty of power and control, complying with all relevant pedelec legislation, creating a sustainable future for eBikes.
GLOBAL SUPPORT
Their well-established support network provides excellent service worldwide, meaning that wherever your LITHOS takes you, you have peace of mind, easy access to spare parts, and access to technical know-how in most bike shops.
PURE RIDE FEEL
CONTROLLED FRAME FLEX
Multiple carbon fibre layups were tested to get the correct amount of compliance in the rear end. Compliance describes how much the material flexes under load; it can be tuned by adding or removing material. A frame needs to be stiff enough to respond precisely and predictably under high loads. Conversely, excess stiffness can reduce traction as the rear wheel is more likely to skip. It can also feel harsh and transmit trail buzz to the rider, making the bike uncomfortable and more tiring.
To achieve the right balance, blind back-to-back testing was undertaken with a wide variety of tester builds and weights. The end result was unanimous; a slightly more compliant rear triangle was favoured by all riders.
PROTECTED BY DESIGN
LONG-LIFE FRAME SYSTEM
Proven flexstay suspension design removes the seatstay pivot for lower maintenance. Extra large bearings everywhere else keep the back end smooth for longer. All bolts use a 4 or 6 mm Hex, so you can easily tighten them at the trailside using the tool hidden in the rear axle or the saddle-mounted multitool.
Transparent foil and rubber frame protection are fitted as standard to prevent damage to the bike, especially around the chainstays.
PERFORMANCE WITHOUT LIMITS
COIL & AIR KINEMATICS
The suspension kinematic has been developed from the award-winning eOne-Sixty SL and eOne-Eighty, offering excellent small bump performance with the latest generation of high-volume air shocks and coil compatibility. The shock yoke has been removed to prevent side-loading and premature wear, boosting durability, allowing a perfect balance of pedalling efficiency, performance and control.
