Highlights

6061 double butted and technoformed aluminium frame with a concealed cable channel underneath. Tapered head tube for confidence inspiring handling. Graceful lines with smooth welding. Equipped with mounts for rack, mudguards and kickstand.

Our CROSSWAY TFS frame forms a link between our road and mountain bike frames in design and functionality. The steeply sloping top tube provides an excellent standover height in every riding situation, and the hidden cable routing underneath the down tube makes the frame look clean and protect the cables from moisture and dirt. The MTB inspired oversized tubing, and the tapered head tube provides superb frame stiffness and optimum steering precision.

Our CROSSWAY models are equipped with suspension forks and suspension seat posts, on most models, to iron out any surface bumps. Adjustable ahead stems are also fitted (now including our SPEED models), providing an adjustable riding position for maximum sitting comfort on the bike. The exceptions are the sportier models that feature a regular seat post and stem.

All CROSSWAY 100 up to XT-EDITION models feature tyres with reflective strips on their sidewalls, improving visibility on the road.

Mudguards, racks and kickstands can be added to all CROSSWAY models, making them usable in many circumstances.

Technologies

SMOOTH WELDING

Sometimes called ‘double pass welding’, a second pass over the weld gives a clean organic look to the frame. At first glance, you will be convinced it is carbon.

IMAGE

INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING

Cables are routed through the frame, entering and exiting through smooth sockets. The bike looks neat, whilst the cables are protected from moisture and dirt.

IMAGE

REMOTE LOCKOUT

The suspension fork and/or rear shock can be locked out via a ‘remote control’ lever on the handlebar.

IMAGE

RACELITE 61 ALUMINIUM

We use a minimum of 6061 aluminium. The pay back is that it’s possible to make lighter and more advanced frames. We use an additional heat treatment and double-butted wall thicknesses to produce light and stiff frames.

IMAGE

TFS - TECHNO FORMING SYSTEM

Technoforming is a mechanical forming process, shaping the tubes by using negative moulds, at times combined with an internal metal core.

IMAGE

F-MOUNT

‘F-Mount’ equipped bikes have integrated fittings for mud guards (some bikes require model specific mud guards), making fitting fast and simple.

IMAGE

K-MOUNT DROP-OUT

Integrated mount on the chainstay to fit a MERIDA kickstand (or any commercial kickstand).

IMAGE

C-MOUNT

‘C-Mount’ equipped bikes have the fixing points for a rear rack already integrated (some bikes require model specific rear rack), making fitting fast, simple and reliable.

POST-MOUNT DISC

Mounting the disc brake caliper directly saves weight as we do away with the adapter and 2 additional bolts. With less parts, set-up and maintenance are easier.
