Record attendance and VIP visits at the FSA BIKE Festival Garda Trentino 2022

After a number of turbulent years, the FSA BIKE Festival Garda Trentino was finally back to unofficially ring in the mountain bike season. With 60,000 visitors, the 28th edition of the popular bike festival set a record and enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere, good weather and fantastic feedback from the visitors. 25 test bikes, such as the eONE-SIXTY, the NINETY-SIX and the eSILEX, were in constant use and were able to demonstrate the versatility of our portfolio on the well-developed trail network. Our comprehensive MERIDA Parts & Accessories range rounded off our display at the Lake Garda festival.

Extremely popular and, of course, booked up again in a flash: The joint rides with our MTB legends Gunn-Rita Dahle-Flesjå and José Antonio Hermida. When do you ever get the chance to follow the back wheel of such legends of the cycling world? A very special guest did the honours on Saturday: Paris-Roubaix winner (2021) Sonny Colbrelli paid a visit to the MERIDA stand. The reigning Italian national champion and European champion of Team BAHRAIN VICTORIOUS visibly enjoyed the atmosphere at Lake Garda and, of course, did not miss out on a short ride together with Gunn-Rita and José.

A varied supporting programme with race highlights in all age categories, including 330 kids in the Junior Trophy, completed the thoroughly successful festival.

We are already looking forward to the next edition in 2023.
