eONE-SIXTY SL 6000 is “…pretty much perfect”

eONE-SIXTY SL 6000

So, the opening statement in the recent Singletrack review of our Bosch-powered eONE-SIXTY SL 6000: “Merida eOne-Sixty SL 6000 is only a handlebar swap away from being pretty much perfect”.

Impressed by its handling, which is greatly affected by its overall weight, sorted geometry, fit for purpose specification and capable suspension, the eONE-SIXTY SL 6000 certainly made an impression on the Singletrack test team, who not only called it “…pretty much perfect”, but also awarded it with an impressive test score of 4.5 out of 5 stars.

“Essentially, the Merida eOne Sixty SL is like the sort of all-day all-mountain bike that I’ve always loved and owned. But it has a pedal assist motor. What’s not to love?” was one of their less glamorous yet hugely significant statements.

Their final statement:
“The Merida eOne Sixty SL 6000 is one of the few eMTBs that I’d happily have as my one and only off-ride bike. I’d gladly take the compromise on top-end power in exchange for the overall weight and – more importantly – the incredibly capable handling that comes from the well thought out geometry, suspension tune and component spec. Honestly, it’s a handlebar swap away from being pretty much perfect.”
